Productboard needed a launch video for Spark, an AI-powered product management tool designed to help teams synthesize feedback, prioritize insights, and accelerate decision-making.
The challenge was making abstract AI workflows feel understandable, tangible, and trustworthy within a short launch-focused runtime.
Rather than focusing purely on interface walkthroughs, we framed Spark around moments of product-team friction: too much feedback, unclear priorities, and slow decision-making.
We combined UI motion, typography, and visual metaphor to make the product feel both powerful and approachable.
